Financing Options
In an effort to minimize billing costs, we expect fees to be paid in full at the time of service. As a courtesy for patients with dental insurance, we will assist you in filing claims, and expect any co-payments to be paid at time of service. For those who need extra financial assistance, we offer CareCredit, a health care credit program. Our staff can assist you with more information. We can also accept payments through our secure online portal. A complete copy of our financial policy is given to each new patient. If you wish to receive an additional copy, please request one from our office.
Scheduling
To ensure positive service to all patients, appointments are required for each visit. If you are in need of emergency care, and a patient of record, we will schedule you as soon as possible. We reserve a block of time just for you, so if you cannot honor your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Our office is open Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM. Our office is closed on federal holidays and during extenuating circumstances. A complete copy of our scheduling policy is given to each new patient. If you wish to receive an additional copy, please request one from our office.

The front desk and support staff are incredibly helpful, making scheduling and check-in a breeze with their efficient and warm approach. From the minute we walked in the door it was a warm and welcoming visit. We started our appt on time, and Kris came out and introduced herself to both myself and my son. I’ve never seen that in my many visits to a dentist! She was very kind and thorough with any thing she discussed or even did during my sons exam. He was a little timid about going but she had him laughing the whole time! We are lucky to have found such a comfortable environment!
