In an effort to minimize billing costs, we expect fees to be paid in full at the time of service. As a courtesy for patients with dental insurance, we will assist you in filing claims, and expect any co-payments to be paid at time of service. For those who need extra financial assistance, we offer CareCredit, a health care credit program. Our staff can assist you with more information. We can also accept payments through our secure online portal. A complete copy of our financial policy is given to each new patient. If you wish to receive an additional copy, please request one from our office.
To ensure positive service to all patients, appointments are required for each visit. If you are in need of emergency care, and a patient of record, we will schedule you as soon as possible. We reserve a block of time just for you, so if you cannot honor your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Our office is open Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM. Our office is closed on federal holidays and during extenuating circumstances. A complete copy of our scheduling policy is given to each new patient. If you wish to receive an additional copy, please request one from our office.
